Job SummaryZenopa's client seeks a highly skilled Service Engineer to work with medical devices in the South West of England.
This role involves performing routine maintenance and repair, managing inventory, covering absences, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities- Maintenance and Servicing
Conduct routine maintenance and repair of medical devices according to established procedures to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
Inventory ControlManage vehicle stock levels effectively to facilitate seamless and efficient servicing of equipment, addressing any stock-related inefficiencies.
Temporary StaffingProvide temporary staffing support to adjacent areas during holiday and sickness periods to maintain continuous service delivery.
Customer EngagementUnderstand and prioritize customer requirements regarding service outcomes to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of tasks.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Education
A degree in electro-mechanical engineering is essential for this position.
ExperienceAt least three years of experience in servicing medical equipment in a customer-facing environment is required.
Commercial UnderstandingDemonstrate a solid understanding of the commercial aspects of after-sales service.
