About the Position:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on STERIS/Cantel product lines and related equipment, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and safety.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of STERIS/Cantel product lines and related equipment, including technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and colleagues to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in infection control and prevention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years industry-related experience and a general knowledge of operating washing and sterilize processing units.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Computer literacy with a good standard of education and good oral and written communication.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge of the English language.
  • Completion of a recognized mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training scheme.
