Legal Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Receptionist to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and assisting clients with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
  • Managing client areas, including tidying rooms and conducting quality checks
  • Providing refreshments and ordering lunches for clients and staff
  • Handling incoming calls and responding to client inquiries
  • Performing administrative tasks, such as scanning, binding, and photocopying
  • Managing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Coordinating on-site parking arrangements and booking couriers
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of Outlook and Word
  • Flexibility with job responsibilities and working hours
