Workshop Controller Role:

As a key member of our client's commercial dealership team, you will be responsible for overseeing a busy and thriving workshop, managing technicians, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Issuing work to technicians, taking into account loading and commitment to customers as agreed by the reception team.
  2. Ensuring workshop processes meet guidelines on retail, internal, and warranty procedures.
  3. Providing regular updates on work progress, highlighting any potential concerns and taking preventative measures to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements for this role include:

  1. Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, Manager, or Service Manager.
  2. Strong understanding of workshop processes and the ability to motivate a team.
  3. Full driving license.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill this key role, working closely with our client's team in the Reading area of Berkshire.
