About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead our flagship traditional build housing scheme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from groundworks to handovers, ensuring the development is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a fast-paced site with a team of subcontractors and staff
  • Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and quality standards
  • Chair sub-subcontractor meetings and coordinate site activities
  • Monitor and control costs, including non-productive costs and prelim expenditure
  • Drive quality at every stage of the construction process
  • Ensure the development passes internal and external inspection processes
  • Take responsibility for self-development and the development of others
  • Monitor and control the quality of production and approve stage completions to payments to subcontractors
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on traditional build schemes
  • Ability to manage a busy site and train staff
  • New build, residential experience
  • CSCS Black card and First Aid certification
