Supporting Young Learners in Primary Education

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our primary school in Lutterworth. As a key member of our team, you will support the educational development of young learners, and play a vital role in helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lessons and activities, and provide one-on-one and small group support to help students meet their learning objectives.
- Support the management of classroom behavior, and help prepare resources for lessons.
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team to meet the individual needs of students, and provide additional support as needed.
- Previous experience working in a UK primary school is essential, with a solid understanding of the primary curriculum.
- Ideal candidates will hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, although this is not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children and colleagues.
- Competitive salary of £85-£100 per day, depending on experience.
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, in a welcoming and supportive school environment.
