About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team at the Integrated Services Programme (ISP). As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of foster care cases in West Sussex and Mid-Hampshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of foster care cases, ensuring the well-being and safety of children in care.
- Provide supervision and support to social workers, promoting best practice and high-quality care.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children in care.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including foster carers, to ensure seamless support for children.
