Job Title: Fostering Supervising Social Worker

About the Role:
As a Supervising Social Worker in our Integrated Services Programme (ISP), you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of social workers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children in care.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to address the complex needs of children and families.
  • Work closely with other agencies to ensure a cohesive and effective service delivery.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to social workers to ensure high-quality practice.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case work and supervision.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the effective delivery of services.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in social work, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
