We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Associate Director to join our team in Warrington. As a key member of our geotechnical department, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex projects and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead geotechnical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Manage a team of geotechnical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their professional development.
  • Develop and implement geotechnical strategies to meet commercial and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in geotechnical project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong technical knowledge of geotechnical engineering, including geotechnical design, site investigation, and laboratory testing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
