Associate Director, Advancement

A highly reputable claims and disputes consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join their team in Warrington.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert counsel to clients to avoid conflicts and disputes.
- Collaborate with commercial experts to offer support on time-related issues.
- Deliver timely and effective coaching and training to clients on delay-related matters.
- Prepare reports and represent clients in tribunals.
- Require approximately 10 years of postgraduate experience in the construction industry.
- Prior experience in live planning and programming roles or delay analysis work is essential.
- Familiarity with Programme and Programming Software is required.
- Competent in using software such as P6, Asta Powerproject, and MS Project.
- Good experience/knowledge of standard forms of contract such as NEC and JCT is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
