This is an exciting opportunity to lead and input to our growing portfolio of high-profile marine projects. As a Marine Associate Director, you'll be responsible for providing expertise in environmental impact assessments, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary environmental inputs across marine projects
• Prepare EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments, and supporting documents
• Manage project life stages, from strategy development to scheme operation and maintenance
• Ensure quality and compliance with quality management procedures
• Collaborate with integrated teams to improve environmental outcomes
• Manage client relationships, internal teams, and subcontractors

• Detailed understanding of marine consenting and licensing regimes in the UK and Ireland
• Project management skills, including programming, staff resource, and budget management
• Commitment to innovation and continuing professional development
• Interest in line management duties and staff mentoring
• Efficient verbal and report writing skills
