We're looking for a Private Client Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE for a senior position within our Canterbury office. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in Wills, Trust Administration, Probate, and Inheritance Tax Planning.

Our Private Client team is spread across three offices and consists of 3 partners, 11 fee earners, a trainee solicitor, and a financial advisor. As part of a wider network, you'll have access to additional resources and expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling complex estates with both domestic and international tax and property issues
  • Providing tax planning and inheritance advice, particularly for high-net-worth clients
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members and trainees
  • Participating in business development through networking and marketing activities
  • Meeting clients in the office or via home/hospital visits as needed to draft Wills and discuss estate planning
