Private Client Partner/Solicitor Role

The Private Client team at Executive Network Legal Limited is seeking a highly experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team as a Partner. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' PQE and extensive experience in all areas of private client law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on estate planning, wills, and lasting powers of attorney
  • Draft and administer trusts, as well as handle probate and inheritance tax planning
  • Supervise and train junior members of the team
  • Develop and grow the team's client following

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' PQE in private client law
  • Extensive experience in estate planning, wills, and trusts
  • STEP qualification preferred but not essential
