Private Client Partner/Solicitor

eNL is proud to partner with a busy, regional law firm to recruit a Private Client Partner/Solicitor to join their Private Client team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned lawyer to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of the team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' PQE and extensive experience in all areas of private client law, including estate planning, wills, lasting powers of attorney, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning. They will be capable of supervising and training junior members of the team and have a strong client following is not necessary, but the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate fee-earning capability and be comfortable with a demanding caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train junior members of the team
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the Private Client team
  • Provide guidance and support to a range of charities
  • Manage a demanding caseload and meet deadlines
