Role Overview:


As a Primary School Intervention Specialist, you will be working closely with a fabulous Key Stage 2 team to provide an exciting and engaging learning environment for their pupils.


A wonderful 2 form entry Primary School in the BS8 area of Bristol are seeking a flexible candidate, someone who can use their initiative when supporting groups of students with their learning, along with adapting activities to support individual pupils.


This role involves working every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30 to 3:30, collaborating with the class teacher to develop activities, and being a resourceful candidate, who can adapt activities to meet the needs of individuals.


You will be expected to work 1:1 with children and in small groups supporting interventions, being patient and encouraging pupils to challenge themselves, and maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
