Nuclear Control Systems Specialist

The Opportunity
Operational throughout the UK and across continental Europe, our client is expanding their team on various nuclear projects, ranging in technologies and stages of development. As a C&I Engineer, you will be producing control and instrumentation (C&I) specifications in close collaboration with process design studies. This includes documentation required for purchasing, commissioning, and operating systems, as well as communication with interfacing entities.
Your Role
As a C&I Engineer, your duties and responsibilities include producing C&I specifications, collaborating with process design studies, and communicating with interfacing entities. You will be based in Bristol and work closely with the team to achieve project goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge and understanding of C&I design principles and platforms. A strong interest in the nuclear world and commitment to a Net Zero and Energy Security future are also essential. You should be able to produce high-quality documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders. An estimated salary for this role is around £65,000 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards.
