Head of EUC Support Opportunity

Cititec Talent is seeking an experienced Head of EUC Support to join our client's London office. This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days a week in the office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the EUC support team, including trade support, and will have demonstrable experience of working and delivering to a trading business, preferably in commodities. They will also have experience of working with and managing 3rd party vendors to deliver operational tasks on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the EUC support team, including trade support
  • Deliver projects on time and budget in a complex environment
  • Work with and manage 3rd party vendors to deliver operational tasks
  • Have a strong understanding of the trade life cycle and the requirements of a real-time trading environment

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a commodities trading firm
  • People management responsibility
  • Experience of working with 3rd party vendors
  • Understanding of the trade life cycle
