Job Opportunity

Cititec Talent is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Head of EUC Support for their London office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in EUC support, including trade support, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide EUC support, including trade support, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage a team of EUC support specialists to deliver operational tasks on time and to standard.
  • Work with and manage 3rd party vendors to deliver operational tasks on time and to standard.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve EUC support and trade support processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EUC support, including trade support.
  • Demonstrable experience of working and delivering to a trading business with people management responsibility.
  • Experience of working with and managing 3rd party vendors.
  • Understanding of a Trade life cycle and the requirements of real-time trading environment from EUC, Application, Infrastructure, and Info Sec delivery perspective.
