Business Development Role

Brook Street UK is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Sales Team in the Sunbury office.

About the Role:
  • Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and client relationship-building.
  • Lead and manage a team of employees through regular performance reviews and feedback, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage branch profit and achieve all financial targets, while maintaining a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to meet business objectives, while staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Estate Agency and sales management, with a proven track record of achievements.
  • Target-driven and tenacious, with a strong desire to excel in business development and drive sales growth.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual with high standards of service and presentation, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
