Assistant Lettings Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Lettings Manager to join our dynamic team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our property recruitment agency, you will play a crucial role in growing and developing our business in the Worthing area.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and personable individual with a strong track record in the lettings industry. You will be responsible for assisting in the running of our busy Worthing office, managing a team, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of a lettings office and team
  • Provide excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Valuate and list residential rental properties
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the business
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a lettings agency
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the Worthing area is desirable
  • Full driving license and own car preferred
