Role Summary
Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, plus benefits including access to a range of leisure and retail discounts, a thorough induction and training programme, and opportunities for career development and progression. In addition, we offer a DBS Disclosure check, which will be met by Avery Healthcare Group Ltd., and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high standards of personal care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect for residents at all times.
  • Recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infections, and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
  • Practicing safe systems of work across a range of tasks.

About You
To be successful in your application, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently and independently, and be adaptable and flexible in covering a range of responsibilities. We also require proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
