The Job Description
We're seeking a Category Manager to join our Trade Marketing Team. As a Category Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and leading launch plans for Key Accounts channels, presenting to customers and gathering recommendations for assortment, plano, visibility & communication plan, and monitoring sell-out continuously for best practices and addressing out-of-stock issues. You'll also be responsible for analyzing market data and other brand initiatives daily and leading the development of assortment and layout recommendations for defined customers.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Develop and lead the launch plan for Key Accounts channel, including innovation toolkit/presentation.
  2. Present to customers, gather recommendations for assortment, plano, visibility & communication plan.
  3. Prepare for Top 2 Top meetings with Key Account Managers.
  4. Monitor sell-out continuously for best practices and address out-of-stock issues.
  5. Analyze market data and other brand initiatives daily.
  6. Lead the development of assortment and layout recommendations for defined customers.
  7. Identify category management opportunities for new customers.
  8. Support promotional and extra visibility plans for Top Accounts.
  9. Analyze promotional activities and competitors' plans.
  10. Coordinate transversal channel and customer-specific activities, both offline and online.
  11. Conduct monthly meetings with sales and demand teams to discuss promotional mechanics and volumes.
  12. Contribute to SD transversal projects and develop plans for Sales reps team in the Key Accounts channel.
  13. Lead POS animation and client events.
  14. Develop and lead sell-out analysis dashboards and reports for top accounts.
  15. Collaborate seamlessly with Key Account Managers, Sales teams, marketing teams and other internal stakeholders.


Requirements
  • +4 years experience in category management, marketing, trade or key account management, demonstrating success in developing launch plans and innovation toolkits.
  • Strong presentation skills to engage customers and craft impactful recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with Key Account Managers, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with a focus on continuous monitoring of sell-out performance.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitors through daily data analysis.
  • Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing promotional activities for optimal results.
