Befriender 'In Home' Volunteer
Location: Exeter, Devon
Time Commitment: Flexible
The Befriender 'In Home' Volunteer will play a vital role in providing companionship to individuals we support at our supported living service in Exeter by spending quality time with them, visiting them in their home, and engaging in activities they enjoy. These may include chatting over a cup of tea, reading books, playing board games, and more.
Key Skills Required:
- To be kind, empathetic, and friendly
- To have a good sense of humour and enjoy chatting
- To be punctual and reliable
- To be able to handle confidential information in line with our data protection procedures
