Job Title: Relief Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Relief Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with day-to-day tasks, promoting independence, and encouraging integration in social settings.

About the Role:

As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting individuals with tasks such as:

  • Following a daily planner
  • Helping with financial expenditure
  • Personal care
  • Domestic support
  • Administration of daily medication

You will also have the opportunity to spend time in the community, engaging in activities such as:

  • Going to the gym
  • Swimming
  • Using public transport

Shifts will include working days, sleepovers, waking nights, and weekends. An enhanced PVG is required for this role, and previous experience is desirable, although full training will be provided.
