Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with day-to-day tasks, promoting independence, and encouraging integration in social settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily tasks, such as personal care, domestic support, and administration of medication
  • Encourage independence and integration in social settings, including community activities and outings
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a high-quality support service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Enhanced PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) registration
  • Previous experience in a support role (desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
