Commercial Insurance Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Executive to join our team at Divergent Group Ltd. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base in the South East region, with a focus on Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to grow our commercial insurance business in the South East region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Work closely with our Acturis system to manage client data and ensure accurate risk assessments
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new business initiatives and improve our overall commercial insurance offering
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial insurance account management or a related field
- Proven track record of growing and managing a commercial insurance client base
- Strong knowledge of Acturis and ability to use the system to manage client data and risk assessments
- Cert CII qualifications or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of employment
