Commercial Insurance Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Business Development Executive to join our team at Divergent Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our commercial insurance portfolio in the South East region, with a focus on Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our commercial insurance business in the South East region
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Utilize Acturis system expertise to analyze and mitigate risks, ensuring optimal coverage for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial insurance account management or a related field
- Proven track record of business growth and development in the commercial insurance sector
- Strong understanding of Acturis system and its applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Cert CII qualifications or willingness to obtain within 6 months
