Commercial Insurance Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Business Development Executive to join our team at Divergent Group Ltd. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.
Requirements:
- 2 years' experience with an Acturis system.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial account management or executive role.
- Cert CII qualifications or willingness to finalize qualification within 6 months.
