We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our thriving team at DCS Group. As a key member of our operations, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial health and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Debt Management: Proactively manage overdue balances, resolve customer invoicing queries, and maintain smooth financial operations.
- Account Reconciliations: Ensure accurate account reconciliations, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify late payers and potential risks, collaborate with the Credit Control Manager to safeguard our business.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with account managers to enhance cash collection and query resolution processes.
- Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Perform reporting, bank reconciliations, and support colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
- Credit Control Expertise: Proven experience in credit control, intermediate Excel skills, and a knack for numbers.
- Organisational Superpower: Highly organised, confident, and skilled in time management, with excellent customer service skills.
