We're seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our dynamic team at DCS Group. As a key player in our financial operations, you'll be responsible for maintaining our financial health and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Debt Management: Proactively manage our overdue balances, ensuring timely payments and resolving customer invoicing queries with ease.
- Account Reconciliations: Conduct thorough account reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and late payers, working closely with our Credit Control Manager to safeguard our business.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with account managers to enhance our cash collection and query resolution processes, driving continuous improvement.
- Ad-Hoc Responsibilities: Provide support with reporting, bank reconciliations, and other tasks as needed, demonstrating your versatility and value to the team.
