About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at DCS Group (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our financial health and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate account reconciliations and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks by flagging late payers and working closely with our Credit Control Manager.
- Drive process improvement by collaborating with account managers to enhance cash collection and query resolution processes.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks, including reporting, bank reconciliations, and supporting colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in credit control with a strong understanding of numbers and intermediate Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Sage accountancy software and databases is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced commercial environment.
