Behavioural Support Associate

Milk Education is working in partnership with a primary school in North Tyneside to appoint a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant.
This role involves supporting students academically and with mentorship.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting students in raising attainment and boosting confidence.
- Suitable for individuals with a positive attitude and can-do mentality.
- Previous experience working with children is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students is crucial.
The right person for this school must be a patient and understanding individual who can actively listen and support students with both learning and mentoring.
This is a full-time position to start ASAP, working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 15:30.
