A secondary school in East London is recruiting for a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team on a full time, long term role working Monday - Friday, term time only

**About the Role**:
The school is looking for an experienced and motivated Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team. The role will be working with KS3 vulnerable students and students who have challenging behaviour, supporting them through the school’s Behaviour and Engagement program. You will work closely with the behavioural and pastoral teams and a specialist teacher to provide pastoral and academic support to identified students. This includes in-class support, running group engagement sessions and 1:1 mentoring sessions to help improve and encourage positive social and emotional resilience.

Pinnacle Learning Compliance Requirements:

- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure
- 2x professional references
- CV covering 10 year employment or education history and all employment breaks must be explained

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £95.00-£125.00 per day
