Exciting Opportunity:

Brook Street UK is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Locality Manager for their residential care services in South Birmingham.

This position involves leading a team of support workers, team leaders, and a deputy manager to provide high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure personalized and responsive care.
  • Uphold high standards of quality and compliance within the services.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team to foster exceptional care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a deputy or management role, particularly with adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the services.
  • NVQ Level 4 or above, or QCF Level 5 in Management (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Ability to meet the requirements for CQC registration.
  • Availability for on-call responsibilities as needed.
  • A full driving license.
