Platform Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Platform Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team in Aberdeen.

The successful candidate will lead a small team and provide operational and project support in an enterprise setting.

This position is based in Aberdeen, working a hybrid model of 3 days per week onsite and 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and allocation of operational and project activities to technical SMEs
  • Delivery, quality assurance and service improvement
  • Managing incidents, requests, problems and changes in accordance with ITIL processes
  • Carrying out capacity management, knowledge management and asset management in accordance with ITIL processes
  • Planning and implementing changes in accordance with change management processes
  • Engaging and coordinating with third-party vendors and support providers as required
Requirements:
  • Service Delivery and Service Management experience, ideally in IT
  • Experience of dealing with third-party vendors and support providers
  • Ability to be self-supporting and proactive
  • ITIL, Six Sigma or service management and improvement framework knowledge
