Assistant Facilities Service Manager

As a Hospital Services Coordinator, your primary function will be to assist the Facilities Manager Patient Environment in being the first point of contact for all facilities within the allocated area. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure facilities services meet the expectations of patients, clients, and agreed service levels.
- You will be responsible for achieving allocated area action plans and targets by leading and managing the facilities supervisors and operational team on a day-to-day basis.
- You will also ensure that agreed departmental, divisional, and trust policies and procedures are met.
The successful candidate will have the ability to use most Microsoft packages and possess a proven track record as an Assistant Manager in a Hotel Services Department in a large scale or similar.
