Job Title: Deputy Chef – Cloverleaf

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chef to join our team at Cloverleaf in Lincoln. As a Deputy Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the management of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of food supplies, inventory, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including HACCP procedures.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the kitchen team.
Requirements:
  • City and Guilds 706 – 1 & 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Chef or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
