Role Overview

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to support children with additional needs in a school setting.

This role is ideal for psychology students or graduates who are interested in working with children and want to gain experience in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Provide general classroom support and 1:1 or small group support as needed
  • Participate in ongoing professional development training, including Team Teach

Requirements

Applicants must have a psychology degree or be studying towards one and be passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
