Site Agent Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to oversee and manage water-related construction projects in Swindon. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the site and coordinate all construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and health and safety regulations
  • Supervise and manage site staff and subcontractors
  • Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and records
Requirements:
  • Experience in site management, particularly in the water sector
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
