Voyage Care has an exciting opportunity for a Data Maintenance Professional to join their operational support department. As a Data Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the ERP system.

Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining charge and pay rates, processing People We Support new starter, alteration, credit notes, and leaver forms, and collaborating with the Contracts Team to create system contract records. You will also be responsible for ensuring all changes to pay and charge rates comply with Voyage Care's authorization matrix and maintaining and updating relevant mileage, travel time, and bank holiday and billing calendar fields and rates in the system.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with the Operational Support Team Supervisor and other teams to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with data maintenance and be proficient in using ERP systems.
