About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team at Nomios UK&I Limited. As a key member of our Delivery Team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering projects to our customers or internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that all team members are working towards project goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, as well as develop and implement strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and that all project documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are accurately tracked and reported.
  • Issue and Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and mitigate project issues and risks, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken to prevent or minimize their impact.
  • Project Closure: Ensure that all project deliverables are completed, and that all project documentation is accurate and complete.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least five years' experience in project management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Qualifications: PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification or similar.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Education: Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Language: Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
