Job Title: Project Manager

Malone Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management of multi-disciplined systems projects and the representation of the company's technical and commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage concurrent multi-disciplined projects to meet the operational requirements of our customers.
  • Organize and manage project teams on customer sites, ensuring compliance with quality, health and safety, and technical standards.
  • Document all aspects of a project, from initial planning to completion and handover.
  • Develop and implement project programmes, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and management.
  • Provide project management leadership to engineering teams, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring a responsible and responsive approach.
Requirements:
  • Degree-level education in Project Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of project administration, including health and safety, quality assurance, and technical compliance.
