We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Thera East Midlands in Nottingham. As a valued member of our team, you will work on a permanent basis with flexible full-time and part-time hours available, earning a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour.

Your role will involve supporting adults with learning disabilities, empowering them to achieve their personal goals, aims, and ambitions. The support provided will be tailored to each individual's needs, and you will play a vital role in helping them live their lives as they choose.

As a Support Worker with Thera East Midlands, you will assist individuals in their daily lives, which can include helping them develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, and supporting them in planning and managing their homes, leisure activities, employment, and individual interests. You may work with individuals in their own homes or out in the community, making a positive difference in their lives.
