Administrative Governance Officer

\About the Role:\

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Governance Officer to join our Corporate Governance Team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative and logistical support to the Trust Board and Committee meetings, ensuring timely production of papers, minute-taking, and follow-up of actions.

\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Leading the delivery of a comprehensive corporate governance service to the Trust Board at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust.\
  • Providing professional, confidential, and high-quality administrative and logistical support to the Trust's Board Meetings and Board Committee Meetings.\
  • Producing agendas, managing meeting papers, and taking minutes with attention to detail.\
  • Following up on actions from meetings and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.\
  • Working closely with the Corporate Governance Manager and Head of Corporate Governance to achieve team objectives.\\[/ul>\Requirements:\

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • \
  • A minimum of 'A' Level standard (or equivalent experience) and a degree or equivalent professional qualification (ideally in business administration).\
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment, preferably in a large complex organisation.\
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and work under pressure.\
  • Highly computer literate with advanced user skills in Microsoft Office applications.\
  • Effective time management skills and capacity to successfully manage conflicting priorities.\\[/ul>\

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
