Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Governance Officer to join our Corporate Governance Team at University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust. As an essential member of our team, you will provide professional administrative support to the Trust Board and Committee meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of a comprehensive corporate governance service to the Trust Board.
  • Provide high-quality administrative and logistical support to Board Meetings and Board Committee Meetings.
  • Produce agendas, manage meeting papers, take minutes, and follow up on actions as required.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The ideal candidate will have experience in business administration, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You will be highly computer literate, with advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience of using paperless board systems.

Person Specification
  • Educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent.
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in business administration desirable.
  • NVQ 4, RSA 3 typing/word processing or equivalent.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior staff and dealing with external stakeholders.
