About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Therapy Lecturer to join our team at RNN Group. As a key member of our Beauty Therapy delivery team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering high-quality education and training programs in beauty therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver beauty therapy level 1 to level 3 courses, including evening and weekend sessions
  • Develop and maintain high-quality teaching resources and materials
  • Monitor and track learner progress, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Participate in curriculum development and quality assurance activities
  • Contribute to the development of creative resources to inspire outstanding learning
Requirements
  • Hold a degree qualification in a related subject
  • Be qualified in nail technology
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
  • Hold at least GCSE grade 1-4 (or equivalent) qualification in English or above
