We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Beauty Therapy Lecturer to join our team at RNN Group. As a key member of our Beauty Therapy delivery team, you will play a vital role in developing and creating resources, as well as tracking and monitoring students, to promote positive outcomes and achieve the key priorities for the College.

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students on Beauty Therapy level 1 to level 3 courses, including evening and weekend classes.
• Develop and implement creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and promote student engagement.
• Monitor and track learner progress to promote positive outcomes and achieve key priorities for the College.
• Work collaboratively with other teaching staff to develop and share good practice in the area of Beauty Therapy.
• Participate in cross-college teams or working groups on key projects to contribute to the College's strategic objectives.

• Hold a degree qualification in a related subject, ideally with a focus on Beauty Therapy.
• Be qualified in nail technology and have a strong understanding of Beauty Therapy principles and practices.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management to achieve strategic and organisational objectives.
• Hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
• Have a strong commitment to the values of RNN Group and a passion for delivering high-quality education and training.
