About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Therapy Lecturer to join our team. As a Beauty Therapy Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to our students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Beauty Therapy level 1 to level 3 courses, including evening and weekend classes
  • Develop and implement creative resources to inspire outstanding learning
  • Monitor and track learner progress to promote positive outcomes
  • Participate in cross-college teams and working groups on key projects
  • Contribute to the development of the Beauty Therapy curriculum and department
Requirements
  • GCSE grade 1-4 (or equivalent) qualification in English or above
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
  • Degree qualification in a related subject (ideally)
  • Qualified in nail technology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
