About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our application processing and support team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As Application Support Lead, you will be responsible for managing a diverse and busy workload, providing support to the Development Team, and supervising staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a planning or building control environment, familiarity with ICT systems, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to be a customer-focused team player with a positive and flexible approach to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the application processing and support team
  • Provide support to the Development Team, including Planning, Building Control, and Licensing
  • Supervise and mentor staff
  • Lead the team and manage a diverse and busy workload

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 40% of working hours spent in our office in Stratford-on-Avon, with the option to work the remainder from home.
