About the Role

Creative Support is a leading provider of social care services, dedicated to delivering high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities.

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Stratford, providing person-centred support to tenants living in our new development.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will work closely with our tenants to promote their independence, wellbeing, and personal development. You will be responsible for providing tailored support to enable them to enjoy a fulfilling and valued life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing person-centred support to tenants
  • Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
  • Encouraging independence and personal development
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality support

We are looking for a warm, flexible, and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality support. Experience is essential for this role.

As a Creative Support Relief Support Worker, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in Stratford or any area of the country. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
